Practice is every Wednesday afternoon from 3 to 4 PM in coach Ford's room.
 

The Green Valley Conference includes Howe, Arkoma, Keota, Bokoshe, McCurtain, Cameron, and Wister. All teams participate, round-robin style, at each conference meet.

Howe vs. Spiro Wednesday November 5th from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

  Seeding based on overall won-lost record in conference play. If tied, most points scored. If still tied, winner of head to head competition during conference play.
